On July 22, 2025, American Express Credit Account Master Trust (the "Trust") supplemented its Fourth Amended and Restated Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2018, as amended from time to time (the "Pooling and Servicing Agreement"), with its Series 2025-4 Supplement, dated as of July 22, 2025 (the "Series 2025-4 Supplement") and its Series 2025-5 Supplement, dated as of July 22, 2025 (the "Series 2025-5 Supplement"). The Series 2025-4 Supplement and the Series 2025-5 Supplement are attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1 and Exhibit 4.2, respectively.

On July 22, 2025, the Trust issued its $1,500,000,000 Class A 4.30% Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2025-4 and $64,286,000 Class B 4.69% Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2025-4, and its $1,000,000,000 Class A 4.51% Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2025-5 and $42,858,000 Class B 4.90% Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2025-5.
