AFTON, Wyo., June 17, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Solid Storage, a 73,272-square-foot self-storage facility in Afton.
Investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Salt Lake City and Denver offices, in association with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of Atlanta, Inc., represented the seller, a regional developer operating throughout the Mountain States, and procured the buyer, a national self-storage owner and operator.
Solid Storage is located at 631 Washington St. The 347-unit facility sits on about five acres and includes seven single-story buildings. Opened in 2025, the property features drive-up storage units, a gated entry with digital keypad access, Bluetooth-enabled locks, 24-hour video surveillance, asphalt drive aisles and roll-up doors.
