The U.S. International Trade Commission has made affirmative determinations in its preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigations concerning Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane and Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride ("Tris and Tris HCl") from China.
