Introducing the RS-2006 from Opticon

The RS-2006 is one of the smallest and lightest ring scanners on the market, coming in at 1.5 ounces including the battery, holder, and strap. Due to its small and lightweight design, the RS-2006 makes for a comfortable ring scanner all the while allowing your workforce to quickly and safely scan barcodes. The RS-2006 Bluetooth Ring Scanner enables transportation, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and retail organizations to easily and quickly integrate hands-free barcode scanning into various applications including receiving, picking, put-away, loading, sorting, replenishment, inventory management, parts tracking, and shipping.

Opticon’s new scanner is designed for the user to either be left-handed or right-handed. The RS-2006 also consists of a modified Opticon OPN-2006 Bluetooth barcode scanner integrated into an ergonomic holder that features an adjustable finger strap. The OPN-2006 can always be disconnected from the strap and be used as a stand-alone if the need arises.
