9 August marks six years since the 2020 forced suppression of Belarusian protesters who spoke up for democracy, political freedoms, and human rights.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland expresses solidarity and support for the Belarusian civil society.
An open dialogue with citizens, full respect for their rights, as well as the release and rehabilitation of all prisoners of conscience are standards of a democratic state.
The Republic of Poland advocates for good neighbourly relations with a sovereign, democratic Republic of Belarus and the free Belarusian people.
