Medical Injectables Program Update: September 2026

We are making the following changes to our Medical Injectables Program (MIP) as part of our commitment to helping ensure that the medications provided to our members are medically necessary and cost effective.

INJECTABLE MEDICATIONS SUBJECT TO MEDICAL NECESSITY AND APPROPRIATENESS REVIEW (MNAR)

New Codes/Drugs Subject to MNAR

For services rendered on and after September 24th, 2026, Prime Therapeutics Management will conduct MNAR for the following injectable medications as part of the MIP.
