HACLA is excited to share an important update designed to better support you and demonstrate how much we value your partnership.
Starting October 2025, the Customer Contact Center (HACLA-4-U | 833-422-5248) will be reprioritizing the call order to ensure that landlords are connected with a Customer Service Representative more quickly and efficiently. Now, when you call HACLA, you will be instructed to press a number on the keypad indicating that you are a landlord. This will direct your call to the front of the queue where the next available agent will address your inquiry.
This change is part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience and making sure your questions and concerns are addressed without delay.
