SGMC Health Welcomes Internist Lynn Lee, MD, and Opens Primary Care – Patterson

SGMC Health welcomes Lynn Lee, MD, a board-certified internal medicine physician, to its growing physician network. Dr. Lee will begin seeing patients at SGMC Primary Care - Patterson on July 6.

Dr. Lee brings extensive experience in internal medicine, having joined the SGMC Health medical staff in 2000. She provides comprehensive care for adult patients, including the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical conditions, as well as preventive care focused on long-term health and wellness.

A graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Lee completed her residency at Memorial Medical Center. She is known for her patient-centered approach, emphasizing strong communication, trust, and continuity of care.

"As an internal medicine physician, connecting with patients goes beyond treatment," said Dr. Lee. "It's about hearing their story, understanding their goals, and working together to develop a plan that supports their overall health. Patients can expect personalized care, open communication, and a collaborative approach every step of the way."

Dr. Lee chose to continue her career with SGMC Health because of her commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care to patients in the community she serves. She is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients and helping them navigate their health throughout adulthood.

Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Lee enjoys volunteering, mentoring students and residents, and participating in professional organizations. She also values lifelong learning and enjoys exploring local restaurants and cultures.

Dr. Lee is married to Oscar James Lee, Jr., and they have two adult children, Olivia and Taylor.
