2. Ratification of a State of Colorado Department of Human Services Contract for Colorado Works 2026-2027.
3. Ratification of a letter of supporting the Colorado Geological Survey's application for funding from the U.S. Geological Survey Cooperative Landslide Hazard Mapping and Assessment Program.
4. Approval of a special event liquor permit for Remember Honor Salute Foundation, Inc.
5. Approval of the renewal of a retail liquor store license for Hermosa Liquor.
6. Approval of the renewal of an entertainment facility liquor license for Durango Hot Springs.
7. Approval of the renewal of the ambulance service authorization to operate for Durango Fire Protection District.
8. Approval of the 2026 Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification for compliance in spending and receiving federal seizure funds.

Commissioner Matt Salka will host Commissioner Chat in Durango from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Residents are encouraged to stop by for an informal discussion about county issues or concerns. Commissioner Chat will be held at the Sunnyside Elementary School, located at 75 County Road 218.
