THE REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA
On October 8, 2025, the Regulatory Commission of Alaska adopted regulations in Title 3, Chapter 53. The regulations concern the sunset period of the Alaska Universal Service Fund.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on February 20, 2026, and are effective on March 22, 2026. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 257, April 2026, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
