Per 38.05.070(e), the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land, and Water, Southcentral Regional Land office (SCRO) has made a decision to renew an existing lease issued to Meta Mesdag dba Salty lady Seafoods Co. for a 20-year term for the operation of an aquatic farmsite for the purpose of commercial cultivation and harvest of Pacific and Kumamoto oysters. The location of the lease is further described as being within the SE1/4 of Section 23, NW1/4 of Section 25, and NE1/4 of Section 26, Township 37 South, Range 63 East, Copper River Meridian, within Bridget Cove, near Mab Island, approximately 23 miles northwest of Juneau, Alaska.
