The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that an impact attenuator install will be performed on I-84 eastbound at Exit 48 in Hartford. This project is scheduled to occur at nights on Wednesday, October 15 and be completed by Thursday, October 16, 2025.
This project is being performed by Atlas Industrial Services.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be right lane and shoulder closures on I-84 eastbound at Exit 48 in Hartford from Wednesday, October 15 to Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Traffic control signing patterns, trailer mounted attenuators and State Troopers will guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
