Raising Positive Children Forum

Save the date for another Raising Positive Children Forum being held on April 22, 2025 at 6:30 pm at the Charles F. Dodge City Center. The topic will be "Managing Burnout as a Parent." The guest speaker is Dr. Claudia Vicencio, social worker and Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services for Memorial Healthcare System. No tickets or registration are required. An award-winning series, Raising Positive Children calls attention to and finds solutions for the many issues parents and children face today at home and at school. Parents, grandparents, guardians, educators, youth advocates and school-aged children are invited to the forums to learn more and find solutions. As part of the series, local organization and agencies such as United Way, Broward 211 and Florida Initiative for Suicide Prevention are available on-site to talk to parents and share resources.
