Oak Street Health Physician Dr. Ahmed Mohiuddin Honored as 2026 Health Care Hero

CHICAGO, IL - October 15, 2026 - Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health® (NYSE: CVS ), today announced that Dr. Ahmed Mohiuddin has been named a 2026 Health Care Hero by New Orleans CityBusiness , recognizing his leadership, clinical excellence and commitment to improving health outcomes for older adults in the New Orleans area.

Dr. Mohiuddin practices as an Internal Medicine Specialist at Oak Street Health's Metairie center located at 6521 Airline Drive, where he delivers comprehensive, team-based primary care to Medicare-eligible adults. He treats patients with a broad spectrum of conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, asthma, osteoarthritis and mental health concerns. As Regional Medical Director, he also supports care teams across 15 Oak Street Health centers in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.
