Im Juni wurden 56 Millionen Liter Konsummilch erzeugt

Im Juni 2026 wurden 56,2 Millionen Liter Konsummilch erzeugt.

Der Großteil davon (29,1 Millionen Liter, oder 51,8%) war teilentrahmte Milch. Vollmilch machte 40,2% der Gesamterzeugung aus, Magermilch 4,6% und Buttermilch 3,4%.

Außerdem wurden 14,4 Millionen Liter Milchgetränke hergestellt, genauso wie 23,0 Millionen Liter Sahne, 26,2 Millionen Liter fermentierte Milch und Joghurt, 17.536 Tonnen Milchpulver, 5.449 Tonnen Käse und 5.899 Tonnen Traditionelle Butter.
