Get ready to celebrate the holidays with your family and friends at A Very Merry ALX Jazz Fest on Friday, December 12! Enjoy a festive gathering of music, art, and poetry at the George Washington Masonic National Memorial in Old Town Alexandria (101 Callahan Dr.). RSVPs are requested.
This free event is the culmination of the ALX Jazz Fest 2025 season and features live music, hands-on art projects, poetry, and fun for all ages.
Doors open for the pre-mingle in the Grand Masonic Hall at 5 p.m. featuring art projects and activities by artists David Amoroso, Bex Novak, and Saya Behnam, and live mingle music by KayaZhanna Donaldson.
Food will be available for sale by local vendors, with beer and wine provided by Port City Brewing Company. Tickets will be available for purchase for tours of the Observation Deck by Masonic staff, and visits with Santa Claus for children of all ages.
Then, join us for a one-of-a-kind jazz concert in the Memorial theater at 7 p.m. featuring the Eric Byrd Trio as they play their version of "A Charlie Brown Christmas" from start to finish. Visit the ALX Jazz Festwebsite for the full schedule and to RSVP.
