Norfolk Community Services Board Hosting Two Spring Hiring Events

NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk Community Services Board (CSB) is looking for passionate, dedicated professionals to fill a multitude of open positions in mental health, social services, counseling and related fields. To address these critical staffing needs, Norfolk CSB is hosting two in-person hiring events in May, offering on-the-spot interviews and contingent job offers for selected positions to qualified candidates. Both events will take place at Norfolk CSB located at 7447 Central Business Park Dr.

Thursday, May 15
11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday, May 17

11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Critical roles include Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Case Managers, Emergency Services Counselors, Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMRT, LSATP), Clinical Coordinators and Program Coordinators. New, full-time hires are eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus, and the Norfolk CSB provides free clinical licensure/certification supervision to eligible staff.
