RICHMOND, Texas-75th U.S. Army Reserve Innovation Command Soldiers currently serving and one retired 75th USARIC Soldier participated in the Fort Bend County "Heroes of Honor" ceremony on the 25th Anniversary of 9/11, at the historic Fort Bend County Courthouse, in Richmond, Texas, Sept. 11, 2026.
During the event Sgt. 1st Class Michael Brown, noncommissioned officer in charge, G2, and Master Sgt. Erika Sulin, NCOIC, G4, both with the 75th USARIC, rendered military honors by folding the U.S. flag with 13 folds while a speaker gave the meaning and value of each fold. This is a time-honored tradition that symbolizes the history and resiliency of the United States.
