Governor Polis Takes Action to Ensure Election Integrity in Colorado's Statewide Election

DENVER - Today, Governor Polis took action to support election cybersecurity by issuing an Executive Order to ensure Colorado remains the gold standard for safe and secure elections. A similar order is issued before all statewide elections.

"Voting is the best way for Coloradans to have their voices heard. That is why in Colorado we strive to be the gold standard for free and fair elections, and take every measure necessary to ensure that our elections are safe and secure," said Governor Jared Polis.

Governor Polis signed an Executive Order activating unarmed members of the Colorado National Guard to assist with election cybersecurity defense for the statewide election day on November 4, 2025. The Governor has activated the Colorado National Guard to assist in election cybersecurity defense each year since 2019.

Coloradans can visit GoVoteColorado.gov to find a polling place or official drop box, track their ballot, or register to vote. Coloradans should remember to return their ballot by mail, or at an in-person polling place or drop box before 7:00 p.m. on election day, Tuesday, November 4.
