Ailor, P.E., American Coke and Coal Chemicals Institute, et al., regarding that USEPA received three petitions for reconsideration of the Final Rule, USEPA is reconsidering the Coke Ovens Rule, USEPA intends to issue a proposed rule seeking public comment on the issues, expects to take final action by June 2026
