ARMY

Authentic8 Inc., Redwood City, California, was awarded a $307,723,563 modification (P00001) to contract W519TC-26-D-A034 to establish an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity enterprise contract for the Department of War to procure the Silo suite of digital investigation software and services. One bid was solicited with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 27, 2026. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Constellation NewEnergy Inc., Baltimore, Maryland (SPE604-27-D-8000, $66,760,473); Direct Energy Business LLC, Houston, Texas (SPE604-27-D-8001,$38,136,143); and WGL Energy Services Inc., Vienna, Virginia (SPE604-27-D-8002, $19,256,344), have each been awarded a firm-fixed-price requirements contract under solicitation SPE604-26-R-0402 to supply and deliver retail electricity and ancillary/incidental services. This was a competitive acquisition with four responses received. These are two-year contracts with no option periods. The delivery order end date is Dec. 31, 2028. Using customer is Navy. The using customer is solely responsible for funding this contract and funds vary in appropriation type and fiscal year. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

UPDATE: Maness Veteran Medical LLC,* Piney Flats, Tennessee (SPE2DH-27-D-0003, $41,000,000), has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for medical equipment and accessories for the Defense Logistics Agency Electronic Catalog, issued against solicitation SPE2DH-21-R-0002 and awarded Feb. 10, 2022. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
