The Next Round of Political Consultations between Uzbekistan and Poland Held in Tashkent

On September 23, 2026, the 11th round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Poland was held in Tashkent.

The Uzbek delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Muzaffar Madrakhimov, while the Polish side was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Wojciech Zajaczkowski.

During the consultations, the sides discussed the development of bilateral relations in the political, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian, and other areas of mutual interest.

Particular attention was paid to expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation, including the exchange of visits between relevant ministries and companies of the two countries.

The sides also exchanged views on current international and regional issues. Mutual interest was confirmed in closely coordinating efforts within the UN, the EU and other multilateral international structures.

Following the consultations, an agreement was reached to maintain regular dialogue with a view to further strengthening bilateral Uzbek-Polish cooperation.
