Mayor Terry to Host Third Traveling City Hall of 2026

Evansville, Ind. - July 15, 2026 - Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry will hold the next Traveling City Hall meeting on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Goodwill-Helms Hall, 5001 Washington Avenue, Evansville IN 47715, from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Traveling City Hall provides residents with an opportunity to meet face-to-face with city leaders and staff in their own neighborhoods. The events offer a chance to ask questions, share concerns, and learn about city projects and services. Each event is designed to make local government more accessible, strengthen communication, and ensure community voices are part of the decision-making process.

"Some of the best conversations I have happen at Traveling City Hall," said Mayor Stephanie Terry. "Residents ask thoughtful questions, share ideas, and bring concerns that help shape our work." Open communication and transparency are essential to building trust, and we're committed to ensuring every resident feels heard and informed."

The event will begin with brief remarks from Mayor Terry, who will provide updates from the Mayor's Office. This month's hot topic will be road improvements. Following the presentation, residents will have the opportunity to connect directly with City department heads and staff from across local government, as well as representatives from organizations, including CenterPoint Energy, the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation, and the Indiana Department of Transportation.

No registration is required, and all residents are welcome to attend.
