Willkie represented EnCap Flatrock Midstream in the sale of Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II to Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (Nasdaq: PAA) for approximately $475 million.
Plains announced on January 7 that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II, which owns a crude oil gathering and transportation system in the Eagle Ford Shale region in South Texas.
EnCap Flatrock Midstream provides value-added growth capital to proven management teams focused on midstream infrastructure opportunities across North America.
The Willkie team was led by partner Sarah McLean and included counsel Jonathan Konoff and associate Erin Kaufman.
