Announcement of Investment in Will Do Inc.

Japan Growth Investments Alliance, Inc. ("JGIA") announces that SIVA Inc. ("SIVA"), a portfolio company of funds managed or serviced by JGIA, has made an investment in Will Do Inc. ("Will Do") (the "Investment").

SIVA is a vertical software holding company that acquires and builds industry-specific software businesses. This Investment marks SIVA's strategic partnership with a software company serving the beauty and healthcare sector.

Founded in 2001, Will Do develops and provides "Salons Solution," a core business system for esthetic salons. The system integrates booking and customer management through to contract, payment, and service-utilization management, and is used by approximately 3,000 locations including esthetic salons, training gyms, and bodywork clinics. The company holds the leading market share in Japan in core business systems for esthetic salons.

Through this Investment, JGIA and SIVA will support Will Do's next phase of growth. Leveraging value-creation best practices developed across the SIVA group, they will support Will Do's management team in enhancing management practices, expanding its products into adjacent industries, and strengthening digital marketing support for its customers through collaboration with group companies, with the goal of further increasing the company's enterprise value.
