Mobile Lung Screenings (EST)

If you currently smoke or have quit in the past 15 years, you may be eligible for a lung screening offered by IU Health's Mobile Lung Screening Unit. The screening is covered by insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid. Must be between the ages of 55-77 AND have a 20 pack/years smoking history. Scan the QR code in the attached image or visit the website to let the mobile team know you are interested and have them reach out to set up an appointment, or set up an appointment by contacting the mobile team via phone or email.
