Minneapolis partner-in-charge Justin Weinberg was recently featured in Minnesota Lawyer's "Breaking the Ice" series where he discusses his goals of increasing access to continuing legal education as chair of the Minnesota CLE Board of Directors, his early law school aspirations, and his cherished hometown gems.
In the interview, Weinberg discusses 2026 expectations, saying he thinks the year in real estate will be "busy and tight" with owners, lenders and contractors "more cautious and disciplined when they're looking at risk, timing and cost as compared to some previous cycles." He goes on to share challenges he comes across in his line of work, as well as his favorite parts of his job.
