Osaic, Inc. ("Osaic"), one of the nation's largest providers of wealth management strategies, today announced that Manish Shrivastava will join the firm as Chief Marketing Officer. With three decades of experience spanning marketing, brand strategy, customer experience, digital transformation and innovation, Shrivastava will lead efforts to drive growth across the business, strengthen Osaic's brand, elevate the experience of financial professionals and their clients, and bring Osaic's products and capabilities to market.
Based in Atlanta, Shrivastava will oversee the firm's enterprise marketing strategy, including brand, communications, growth marketing and go-to-market initiatives. His work will support two interconnected growth priorities: attracting more financial professionals to Osaic and helping those already affiliated with the firm attract new clients and deepen existing relationships.
Shrivastava joins Osaic from PulteGroup, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer for 12 years, leading a companywide transformation of brand strategy, digital marketing, customer experience and marketing capabilities. During his tenure, he helped establish the company's first enterprise-wide customer experience discipline, advance its digital engagement strategy and develop new product offerings to support long-term growth.. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at The Coca Cola Company, The Home Depot and Procter & Gamble.
"Manish brings an exceptional combination of strategic marketing expertise, brand leadership and a deep understanding of how to connect with customers in meaningful ways," said Shannon Reid, president and head of Advisor Growth & Engagement at Osaic. "His experience translating complex capabilities into compelling, customer-focused strategies will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen how we engage financial professionals and support their long-term success."
"Osaic has a compelling opportunity to build on its distinctive position in wealth management and create meaningful connections with the financial professionals it serves," said Shrivastava. "I'm excited to join a team committed to empowering advisors and finding new ways to help them succeed. I look forward to building on that foundation by connecting our capabilities with the needs of financial professionals and, ultimately, the clients they serve."
Shrivastava holds a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in biology, from the University of South Carolina Honors College. His appointment comes as Osaic continues investing in its leadership, capabilities and advisor experience to support financial professionals across independent, employee and institutional affiliation models.
Osaic, Inc. ("Osaic"), one of the nation's largest providers of wealth management strategies, today announced that Tom Metzger will join the firm as Head of Empowered Independence. With two decades of wealth management leadership experience spanning advisor recruiting, national growth and business performance, Metzger will lead the strategy and continued expansion of Osaic's Empowered Independence channel.
Metzger joins Osaic from Citizens Financial Group, where he served as Head of Private Wealth and helped build a national wealth management platform with approximately $30 billion in client assets, 18 advisory teams and more than 200 professionals. Previously, he held leadership positions at First Republic Bank, Wells Fargo and J.P. Morgan Chase, developing extensive experience in advisor recruiting, team integration and business growth.
"Tom has a proven track record of building successful wealth management organizations and creating environments where financial professionals can thrive," said Shannon Reid, president and head of Advisor Growth & Engagement at Osaic. "Empowered Independence represents an important area of growth for Osaic, and Tom brings the strategic perspective and leadership needed to build on the channel's momentum while expanding the opportunities and support available to advisors."
In his new role, Metzger will oversee the strategy, growth and performance of Osaic's Empowered Independence channel, focusing on attracting high-performing financial professionals, supporting advisor transitions and strengthening the channel's differentiated value proposition and advisor experience.
"Osaic's commitment to providing financial professionals with flexibility, choice and the resources to grow creates a tremendous opportunity for Empowered Independence," said Metzger. "I'm excited to work alongside the team to build on the channel's strong foundation, deepen relationships with advisors and deliver an experience that supports their long-term success."
Based in Scottsdale, Metzger succeeds Cindy Hamel in leading Empowered Independence, with a planned transition of responsibilities designed to maintain continuity for financial professionals and their teams. Metzger's appointment reflects Osaic's continued investment in its affiliation models and the leadership and resources that provide financial professionals with greater choice and flexibility at every stage of their business' life.
Hamel will move into the role of Head of Business Operations & Execution, where she will focus on translating Osaic's strategy into an actionable operating plan, driving greater alignment across advisor facing teams and ensuring consistent execution of the firm's strategic priorities. Hamel previously played a central role in several of Osaic's key initiatives, including M&A, Journey to One and most recently the development of Empowered Independence.
