W-2 tax forms are available online via MyJob.

If accessing MyJob off campus, access must be established to Marquette's VPN, the virtual private network. For questions regarding the VPN, contact the IT Services .

Once logged in, select "MU Employee Self Service," "Personal Actions," "View/Print Employee W-2″ and "Start." Click on the Adobe Icon for "W2 PDF Setup Business Group 2025."

Printing the W-2 from this webpage is an acceptable copy for attaching to annual tax returns. Use the printer icon on the form, not the printer icon on the Internet browser, to print the form.

For those who are not opting in for paperless, traditional paper forms will be mailed to permanent home addresses and postmarked by the due date Monday, Feb. 2.
