Radiation Training Review - May, 2026
During the week of May 4, 2026, Engines 2 & 5, Ladder 3, Rescue 1, & Squad 2 (all groups) participated in Radiation Training review. This training includes both classroom and hands-on use of the various radiation meters. Members also reviewed actions, tactics, & safety used at a potential radiation incident.
Note that Engine 2, Laddder 3, Squad 2 and Rescue 1 are part of the HazMat Task Force. Engine 5 is the designated Radiation Company.
