New guide to the service abroad of civil and commercial matters

The new "Guide to the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil and Commercial Matters" is now available at the following link: Service Guide.

The document will allow citizens and their lawyers to quickly ascertain the operating methods and formalities required by each foreign country for the service of documents, with the aim of facilitating and speeding up the procedure and improving cooperation between judicial offices in Italy, foreign authorities, embassies and consulates around the world.

The new guide will provide citizens and professionals with a versatile and dynamic new tool, to be periodically updated in close cooperation with the Italian Embassies abroad, in order to ensure its punctual and widespread use by all parties concerned.
