Southland Industries was recently featured in Contractor Magazine, reflecting on our team's role in the post-9/11 Pentagon renovation and how collaboration, innovation, and in-house engineering expertise helped overcome technical challenges.
Over the decade-long project, Southland modernized the Pentagon's mechanical and plumbing systems while keeping the building fully operational. Through an integrated design-build approach, our team addressed space constraints, improved building performance and supported an accelerated construction schedule.
