Cherokee Nation to host annual Community Cultural Outreach Conference

The Cherokee Nation will gather for its annual Community and Cultural Outreach Conference, where Principal Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr. and other Cherokee Nation leaders will gather for milestone events with Cherokee community organizations from across the United States.

CATOOSA, Okla. - The Cherokee Nation and Community and Cultural Outreach participating organizations from the Cherokee Nation Reservation and across the country will gather for the two-day annual conference.

Chief Hoskin and Deputy Chief Warner will open the conference with updates from the tribe's government beginning at 9 a.m. Chief Hoskin and Secretary of State Canaan Duncan along with CCO Executive Director Savannah Smith will participate in a lunch Q&A panel as well. The CCO awards banquet for community leaders will also be on Saturday evening.
