CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2025-00026479 de 04 de agosto de 2025, resolvió DISPONER la cancelación de oficio de la emisión de obligaciones de largo plazo de la compañía DANIELCOM EQUIPMENT SUPPLY S.A., por un monto de hasta DOS MILLONES DE DÓLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA (USD. USD. 2.000.000,00), que fue aprobada mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRQ-DRMV-2021-00009434 de 22 de octubre de 2021.
