The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Los Angeles organized a ceremony in honor of the 100 th Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the late King Ananda Mahidol, Rama VIII, on September 20 th , 2025

On September 18th, 2025, Mr. Tor Saralamba, Consul-General of Thailand to Los Angeles, presided over a merit-making ceremony, a floral tribute before the portrait of His Majesty the late King Ananda Mahidol, Rama VIII, followed by offering alms at Wat Thai Los

Angeles to pay homage to His Majesty the late King Ananda Mahidol, Rama VIII, on the occasion of the 100 th Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Rama VIII on September 20 th , 2025.

The heads and officials of Team Thailand agencies in Los Angeles, their spouses, the Royal Thai Consulate-General's officials and staff together with the Thai community, about 60 people attended the ceremony.

On the same day, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Los Angeles organized a volunteer activity on the to dedicate the merit to His Majesty the late King Ananda Mahidol, Rama VIII, on the occasion of the 100 th Birthday Anniversary on September 20 th , 2025.

Mr. Tor Saralamba, Consul-General of Thailand to Los Angeles led the Royal Thai Consulate-General's officials and staff to donate food and essential items including canned goods and non-perishable items through the Food Bank Program of the Hollywood Food Coalition Volunteer Group. The volunteer activity aims to nourish the community by distributing food and nightly meals to the people in need in Los Angeles and to help build resilient

communities at large.
