(the "Registrant") to register 8,867,893 additional shares of the Registrant's Class A Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class A Common Stock"), reserved for issuance under the Registrant's 2017 Equity Incentive Plan (the "2017 Plan") and 1,773,578 additional shares of Class A Common Stock reserved for issuance under the Registrant's 2017 Employee Stock Purchase Plan (the "2017 ESPP").
