Duly Health and Care Announces Acquisition of Woodridge Clinic

DOWN­ERS GROVE, Ill. - Duly Health and Care announced today the acqui­si­tion of Woodridge Clin­ic, a long-stand­ing provider of pri­ma­ry care in the west­ern sub­urbs. The part­ner­ship expands access to high-qual­i­ty, physi­cian-led care for patients in Woodridge and sur­round­ing communities.

Found­ed in 1986, Woodridge Clin­ic has proud­ly served patients through­out Chicago's west­ern sub­urbs with a focus on pri­ma­ry care, dia­betes man­age­ment, and occu­pa­tion­al ther­a­py. The clinic's team of physi­cians and care providers, and their Lemont, Lom­bard, and Woodridge clin­ics, will join Duly's grow­ing net­work of more than 1,000 physi­cians and providers and 110 loca­tions across Chicagoland.
