OKLAHOMA CITY (April 16, 2026) - Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) ("Paycom"), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $25,000 to Oklahoma Women in Technology as part of Paycom's First Down initiative with Oklahoma State University's and the University of Oklahoma's football programs.
Through this initiative, Paycom donates for every OSU and OU first down at home games throughout the 2025 college football season. The funds will support leadership development, educational programming and scholarship opportunities for women pursuing careers in technology or STEM-related fields across Oklahoma.
"At Paycom, we believe expanding access to STEM education is critical to strengthening both our workforce and our communities," said Randy Peck, chief operating officer at Paycom. "Through this partnership, Paycom is proud to support Oklahoma women pursuing technology careers and to invest in the future talent that will drive innovation across our state."
OKWIT is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting professionals in the technology industry and to closing the gender gap in STEM fields. Through networking, mentorship, education and outreach, OKWIT empowers anyone who identifies as a woman to advance their careers, while also encouraging students across Oklahoma to pursue and continue their interest in STEM fields.
"We extend our sincere gratitude to Paycom for their continued generosity and commitment to our mission. Their support ensures that we can sustain and expand our programming, allowing us to reach and positively impact countless individuals in our community through mentorship, networking and professional development opportunities," said Dajah Brooks, president of OKWIT. "We are truly thankful for their partnership and belief in the work we do!"
This donation is one of many ways Paycom supports initiatives that address community needs, including education and STEM-focused programs that help build a stronger workforce.
