Aspirants can view the provisional seat allotment status on the official counselling website, gnm.jceceb.co.in .Candidates who have been allotted seats have to download their provisional allotment letters and get their documents verified and physical admission done at the allotted institute within the prescribed time. The document verification and physical admission duration will be between September 26 and 30, 2026.

4. Seat Acceptance Payment: The partial fee for seat acceptance can be paid through the payment gateway online.
5. Download & Print the Order: Verify your provisional allotment letter, save the PDF and take 2-3 prints for reporting to the discussion.

• Class 12 (HSC) Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate.
• Valid Local Resident / Domicile Certificate from a Competent Authority in Jharkhand.
• Caste Certificate (SDM/DC/Tehsildar) (in case of SC/ST/BC-I/BC-II reservation).
• Valid EWS certificate/income certificate (for fee concessions/EWS quota).
• 6-8 most recent passport-size photographs and a valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, etc.).
• Original Transfer Certificate (TC) / School Leaving Certificate (SLC) and Character Certificate from the previous school.
