GROVE CITY, Ohio, Sept. 17, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 2228 Stringtown Road, a 15-suite industrial office property in Grove City, Ohio, for $2.5 million.
"The strong interest in this property generated multiple offers above the asking price, reflecting buyer demand for well-located, multi-tenant assets with a stable operating history and future upside," said Nathan Pealer, managing director investments.
Pealer, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Keil Family Limited Partnership. The buyer, Buckeye Physical Medicine, has had a successful business at the property for many years.
The 41,050-square-foot property consists of 15 rental suites across four buildings on 3.43 acres. Located west of Interstate 71 and just south of Interstate 270, the property was occupied by 13 tenants with one vacancy at the time of sale and has historically maintained full occupancy. Tenants include a mix of industrial, office, medical, fitness and retail businesses. Built in 1974 by the seller's family, the steel-constructed buildings feature eight drive-in doors.
