Update on arbitration of police disciplinary cases: Illinois Supreme Court oral argument live-stream link
Currently before the Supreme Court of Illinois is a case that will determine whether arbitration proceedings for the most serious police disciplinary cases be open to the public.
Oral argument in this case is scheduled for Thursday, September 24, at 9:00am in Springfield. The Supreme Court's Oral Argument Audio and Video page provides direct links to live streams for each scheduled argument, along with archived recordings.
