Single Tracking Alert: Service reduced to one track between North Berkeley and El Cerrito Plaza for vegetation management on Sunday, January 26

On Sunday, January 26, a work team will be deployed in the trackway between North Berkeley and El Cerrito Plaza stations to manage vegetation that could pose a hazard to service. To ensure the work can be done safely, service through the project area will be reduced from two tracks to one at between those two stations. Riders in the area should expect delays of 20-25 minutes on those work dates. BART will also cancel Red Line service for the day. Richmond riders wanting to travel transbay can board an Orange Line train and transfer to a Yellow Line train at MacArthur Station.
