Woman arrested for homicide: C22-285438

On December 8, 2022, North District General Patrol officers attended to a private residence in the 1-99 block of Sardelle Crescent in regards to a suspicious death, where a 65-year-old male was located deceased.

The Homicide Unit assumed the investigation.

The Homicide Unit consulted with the Manitoba Prosecution Services which authorized the charge of Manslaughter.

On July 23, 2025, just before 10:00 a.m., the Homicide Unit located and arrested a 67-year-old woman.

Alma ZURAWELL has been charged with Manslaughter and was detained in custody.
