On July 1, 2026, Karen Ferrante, M.D. provided notice to the board of directors (the "Board") of MacroGenics, Inc. (the "Company") of her decision to resign from the Board, effective September 1, 2026. Dr. Ferrante's decision was for personal reasons and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Dr. Ferrante for her many contributions to the Company.
