CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00010666 de 15 de mayo de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía OFFSET ABAD C.A. cuya oferta pública de la PRIMERA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE CORTO PLAZO O PAPEL COMERCIAL que fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2023-00069205 del 24 de octubre de 2023 por el monto de hasta USD $2'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
