Public Notice of Proposed FY 2026 Admin. Plans & ACOP Revisions Tracker

In accordance with federal law and regulation, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is revising its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan.

The proposed revisions to the HCV Administrative Plan are available for review and comment from Tuesday, February 24, 2026, to Tuesday, March 24, 2026. They are available at: Admin Plan & ACOP Revisions Tracker - Feb. 2026

Written comments on the FY 2026 Admin Plan & ACOP Revisions Tracker must be addressed to "Attention: FY 2026 Admin Plan & ACOP Revisions Tracker" at the HACP HCV Department, 412 Boulevard of the Allies, 5^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, and must be received by the close of business (5:00 pm) on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

Public Hearings to receive public comments on the proposed FY 2026 Admin Plans & ACOP Revisions Tracker will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 9:30 am and 5:30 pm. via Zoom.
