Construction will begin on Monday, March 2, 2026, and is expected to be completed on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Work will take place daily between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Work along NE 11th Avenue near Virginia Shuman Young Elementary School will be scheduled to reduce impacts to school operations. This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Traffic Impacts

  • One lane in each direction of each street within the project limits may be closed during work hours.
  • Traffic control personnel will direct traffic as needed.
  • Access to driveways will be maintained unless work is taking place in the immediate area across from the driveway. Crews will attempt to coordinate with neighbors prior to the start of asphalt operations that will impact driveway access.
  • Please follow posted signs and drive with caution in the area.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and thank our neighbors for their patience during construction.
