The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on the Westport Commuter Lot off Weston Road. This project is scheduled to occur on Wednesday, November 5 and be completed on Friday November 7, 2025. The project DOT01730543CN consists of milling and resurfacing the Westport Commuter Lot off Weston Road. This project is scheduled to begin milling and paving by Waters Construction on Wednesday, November 5 to Friday, November 7, 2025.
This project is included in CTDOT's 2025 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
Motorists can expect closure of the Westport Commuter Lot off Weston Road. Variable message sign boards will be posted at the commuter lot sight at least 72 hours before the closure of the lot. The work schedule for this project is from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Wednesday night to Friday morning.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
