Baker McKenzie Advises Rothermere Continuation Holdings on USD 1 Billion Sale of Trepp to Fitch Group

Baker McKenzie is advising Rothermere Continuation Holdings Limited (RCHL), parent company of Daily Mail and General Trust (DMGT), on the sale of Trepp to Fitch Group for approximately USD 1 billion in cash.
