AKRON, Ohio, May 28, 2026 - Summa Health has released its 2025 Annual Report, highlighting a year of transformational progress, strategic preparation and ongoing commitment to advancing healthcare across the Greater Akron region. The report, now available online, features a comprehensive overview of key financials and a message from Acting President and CEO Daryl Tol reflecting on Summa Health's transition to the Health Assurance Transformation Company (HATCo) in October 2025.
